I honestly don't about the law in Spain but have previously read that they are illegal in Spain and in France and Portugal. I can only suggest that you ask at the Police HQ. In England, I tow a small Fiat behind my Motorhome. I use a towbar that steers the Fiat and also operates lights and brakes. In effect, the Fiat becomes a trailer and is perfectly legal in the UK. I have never been stopped. One would think that the same should apply throughout the EU but sadly this is not always the case and therefore leads to confusion. I know that there are different laws relating to caravans, and even to towbars. New rules have recently been introduced in the UK particularly as relates to the bar fastenings and the lights. Good luck , and please post details of any information
the you obtain.

Hi Mike. Thanks for your prompt and comprehensive reply. I've only been on Warfarin for 3 weeks but my anticoag card says 'long term' so I guess as I'm 73 it's probably here to stay. I've been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and still having tests. The consultant says I'm not suitable for cardiooversion.
I was due to fly to Malaga on Monday but will not be going. Maybe can make a later flight of okay. I'll bear in mind what u say about Roche Coaguchek.

I have a home in Spain but I don't live there.
I've just started on Warfarin and although at the moment
I've been told not to travel abroad I am hoping to do so as
soon as my blood count is correct. However, I will still have
to have regular blood tests. Does anyone know where this is
done, and the procedure? I was told that it costs about 12 euros.
I'm near to Torremolinos. John

I have only been to a couple of AGM's over the years, but I always read the minutes.

I'm sure that you are right Roberto. Only one vote per property, but the size of the property quota means that the larger property is worth more than a smaller property when they are added up. Makes sense, doesn't it.

P.S. Just booked theatre tickets for Friday to see 'Cider with Rosie' written by Laurie Lee - a true friend of Spain.

Hello bluefox

I'm no expert, and I'm sure that I might be contradicted, but I would say that common sense would dictate that there is only one vote per property, no matter how many joint owners and in whatever proportions. It being Spain, this might not, of course, be the case. There could also be the possibility that with joint ownership the voting member would require written confirmation from the other joint owners.

Hope that this helps.
