Going out for a look at our long awaited apartment next month. Intend to stay for a week. Can anyone advise any good accomodation?

Hi Hargil,
Where is Hacienda Requlme please ? I, for one, have no idea. I'd like to help but I only know the Guardamar area of the Costa Blanca.

Hi Hargil,
Best to stay in Los Alcazares so you are 15 mins from Riquelme and on the Coast, so you get days on the beach too + loads to do nearby.
My local hotel **** is €62.10 + IVA double room inc breakfast.
It´s brand new and very posh!

Hargil, please can I suggest you fill in your forum profile with your Spanish dev & area plus CB as location so we all see it each time you post. ( eg .. Hacienda Riquelme, Sucina, Costa Calida, CB) Just look above this for "forum profile" & click on that, go to
