We are looking at buying in phase 4 of the Mirablancas, Los Altos, Torrevieja. We would like to know how good a name is Euro Anglosur who looked after us on our visit. Are they the builders? or agents? What happens to the £2,000 reservation fee is it refundable should we change our minds?
Any info will be appreciated.

Hi Rupert,
I have heard good and bad things about Euro anglo sur, they are based down in Torrevieja near the park of nations.
They are an agent and reasonably sized too and work out of the Guardamar Hotels.
I think it depends on the rep you get on your visit as to how you are treated.
If you have paid a reservation deposit and signed a reservation contract then it should state whether it is refundable, forgive me for being pessimistic but i doubt it!
If you were confident enough at the time to put your deposit down what has brought on your concerns?
Regards
