This seems to be a big problem and I am suprised that there are not more comments re this matter. Our complex has been ready since Oct. but the builder cannot give an indication when it will be granted. Is this a common problem? We know that the application is with the Town Hall in Ceuvas de Almonzora (spelling?) Is it possible to check directly with them to see if it is just a back log or is it due to a problem?

You can check directly as interested party. Need to go to the Planning Permission department. Better if you do it in writing and with legal form.
