A friend of mine, Margot, who has been living on the Costa del Sol for 30 years, runs her own little business (website address www.stressfreefurnishing.com )  Margot speaks fluent Spanish and has many contacts.  She will help you with anything and everything you need to furnish your house, organise utilities, register with the local Council, etc.

Hi folks

Anyone had any experiences with DFS furniture store. We are looking to buy furniture for our apartment at Roda in the next few months and are still looking around for ideas. Any help much appreciated.

Went to DFS about 3 weeks go, must say they were very helpful in putting all sorts of packages together and nothing was to much trouble, I would have chosen them for our package but the boss had other ideas.

Sorry should have given you some details on other furniture places we have visited, we went to www.insiderightespana.com and www.furniture4spain.com  These places can be found just outside Balsicas (and seen) just off the C-3319 on the F-12 to Roldan.

hi. i'm due to complete anytime and looking for some furniture too.  i've bought most of my bigger items, sofas bets etc but do DFS deliver down to estepona and do they have a website or do they only do complete packages.  i'm only looking for kitchen/bathroom packs and some small pieces of furniture, accessories etc, but haven't a clue where i'm going once i get down there. hate driving in spain so only do the pleasurable things and the thought of driving around trying to find bits and pieces is a dread.
