Where have all the photos gone?
| The Comments |
We, me and herself, bought an apartment last year and we are due to pay non-resident tax this year.
The property is an upper floor apartment and a parking space, with separate entries on the property register and seperate SUMA (IBI) bills.
If anyone is in a similar situation, I expect there are many having looked around at the immediate properties, do you pay la renta and patrimonio on both 'properties' and as technically you/we own more than one property, are you/we legally required to appoint a fiscal rep ?
Can anybody recommend a good rep or gestor at Orihuela Costa ?
Thanks.

Hi la-calma
If the properties, as you state, have different registry entries, then technically you are required to hire a fiscal representative. The submission of the forms is a bit more complex here, as you no longer have to submit Form 214. Instead Forms 714 and 210 are of application.
