Just had a look at the Parador web site...new logo so perhaps taken over by a new company after the administration!!!
But the payment schedule for Spain they outline is just...well...hard to believe in todays market.....is it just a con!!...or no one has updated the site!
3000 € reservation fee 25% in 30 days 25% in a further 90 days...so 50% now for off plan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All I can say is that there is probably no developer in Spain who would not accept 25% deposit just now to get a sale ,and that includes Poalris World
And there is no need to be rushed in to paying a 3000 € reservation fee...just no payment until you sign a contract and get a bank guarantee 'at the same time' as you pay your money
Parador can dream on.....the world has moved on!!!
