JANICE HOW DO YOU GET THE PICTURE ON THE REPLY TEXT (NOT THE AVATER BIT) HAVE PUT THE GLITTER TEXT ON MY DESK TOP.

I am not the expert, JeanSis is!

But, how i understand it is...........you need to have membership to a website like photobucket www.photobucket.com - this is free.........

You can upload any images into your account. Then, if you need to add an image to your post here, go to your photobucket account where you have stored your images. Click on the URL, it will show it has "copied" it.

Come to the EOS site, reply to a message,  click on the icon "showing mountains" (insert/edit image) , click on the URL box, hold down the "control" key and at the same time hold down the "V" key. This will copy the URL into the box in EOS reply bit.

I hope you understand this!

I know it is difficult at first, but try it step by step, it worked for me when JeanSis taught me!

Sorry Fibby , Just  trying to put a picture on, I am so crap with all this, must get janice to give me a proper lesson!!!!! fingers crossed this has worked.......

Sorry, i know how frustrating it is, I have been there!

The reason you need to have an account with a site like photobucket, is because to post a picture in your replies on a forum, you have to "point" to an URL

So, you cannot just point to a picture on your hard drive, that won't work.

Forums need to have the URL code.

When you save images or gif's (moving images) to your photobucket account, it will give you 3 options of how you saved it. One is the URL "pointer".

When you go to photobucket and copy this URL "pointer", you then come to the forum, post a reply and insert a picture. Copy the URL pointer into the drop down box and then the picture will show in your post.

Cripes, I sound like Janice now!
