hi, i have a property in rojales hills, benijofar that will be vacant for the 1st of july. It is a 3 bed 2 bathroom flamingo bungalow. What is your budget and how long are you looking to rent?

It has a communal pool a few houses away...

No worries!!! thanks for replying anyway. To be fair its very quiet hardly anyone uses it. I lived there for 2yrs and always had the pool to myself, but i understand where your coming from..

We are also looking for long term rental, Quesada, Rojales, Villamartin etc, 2-3 bed villa off road parking quietly situated with some garden area,  private pool would be an advantagemust be able to accept our pets essential. mature couple non smokers about to retire and cant stand cold, grey skies for much longer. Ideally, need to rent for 2/3 years. BUDGET prefer under 900 euros per month.
