From my English diary, for rest of 2008:

Aug 15th, Oct 12th, Nov 1st, Dec 6th 8th & 25th

Not got my 2009 diary yet! But usually Jan 1st & 6th, Easter Friday & Monday, May 1st.

I find this list the most comprensive and complete one. If you click on the link it will give you all the public holidays in Spain

They take a bit of sifting through as a lot of them are local holidays or saints days which are specific to a region.
