Does anyone have any information about buying to let via Polaris World?

I am talking to them about a possible purchase, but have beed advised to ask you guys if you know of anyone already in negotiations,

Hi Morrice,

I have bought to let on Polaris World; 1 one Condado de Alhama & one on TDLT. Getting anything in writing from PW is very hard but I have managed it! I have the services that PW Vacation Club & Rentals will offer and their costs. I also have some income figures for the owner broken down by season and also I have some stipulations - such as the costs of the necessary equipment needed for them to take on your property (linen, fire prevention,etc).

It is fairly thorough and may be what you are after.
