im looking to relocate to the costas in the near future-does anyone think a english speaking surveying practice will work in southern costa blanca the services i offer would include surveys valuations-costings for building works and also carry out all aspects of construction -----for new builds and refurbishment works---i have done the same in the uk for the last 20 years plus
