           Am still in UK but thinking of buying a plot of land to start a weekly antiques fair  to earn a living. We hope to live in a mobile home or wooden house on site, at least til we earn enough to buy a great house that we want.

                    Is this possible  or are there laws regarding what type of land you can buy and what it can be used for?

                                                                          Also, do we have to buy irrigated or non-irrigated land as I do not understand all the various types of land and their uses.
