Living in Neuva Andalucia and like most of you I guess have just received IBI and Basura. A couple of questions:

I read somewhere that the IBI tax was being reduced this year, but mine has gone up by about 6% did you have a similar rise?
Basura
Normally get two Basura bills at the same time. This year only got one have they split the payment times?
It all looked a bit strange as the bills were DD to me then reversed then DD again.
Any help welcome
