Casares Del Sol

An agent says I should buy an apartment on here as prices now are rock bottom his words not mine is 67000 euros right it seems cheap for the area

Advice much apreciated I know a lot of urbanisations are ghost towns but not sure if this is the same in the Costa Del Sol as its supposed to be a classy area

We have just spent our first week in our new apartment on Casares Golf and Gardens, which is across the road . Our Urbanization doesn't have many people living there permanently, but we have already met up with quite a few of the new residents. It is a lovely area and the area around La Duquesa is great. We bought furniture from a local shop and can't fault the service.Cant wait to get back over there, we're only using it for holidays at present but hope to spend more time there in our retirement. I seriously think prices have reached rock bottom, and we certainley picked up a bargain! Just out of interest which agent are you planning on going with?
