hello joe we are living in birmingham and i wanted to contact other owners to see if they had problems with developer over rental income and access or use to our own property i personally ended up in a lot of debt in england which is now cleared up and i am looking to take developer to court in spain as i have not received 1 euro in rental income which was supposed to start in june 2008 to this day and have not been able to use apartment even once it seems impossible to track them down and all emails are ignored my first spanish lawyer messed me about for 6 years and got no where i hope you have not been as unlucky as us and have been able to enjoy your apartment with out these worries you are the first owner i have ever been able to contact but it appears that the developer has ripped of quite a few owners and does not seem to care   any advice or help joe would be greatly appreciated  kind regards and thanks for reply to email i was not sure you would answer as post was 2 years on
