My wife and I hope to return to Spain next year where we will be looking for a long term rental property.
We are a bit wiser this time round and we are looking for a trustworthy letting agent or better still an owner,who will not rip us off with deposits and security charges.
We are looking at Costa Almeria but dont know that much about it.Can any members offer any advice on the area ,warts and all.
Can you recomend any letting agents perhaps ones you have delt with or even ones to avoid.or do you have a villa to let long term from March next year,that has a private pool that would suit a retired couple,non smokers with small dog?
