Looking to rent top floor apt/townhouse for 3m+

Not sure where to post this... other similar 'wanted' ads in Long Term rentals section are getting no replies.

I'm looking for:

• Top Floor apartment or townhouse - nobody living above me. 1 bed is fine.
• Max 15 mins walk from essential ammenities (food, fruit etc.) - no car needed for day to day living.
• Fully Furnished / ready to live in
• Some kind of way to heat the place in the few winter months
• Would prefer Malaga/CDS area, as easier to do viewings, but might consider further north (eg. Costa Blanca.. )
• Max 500 EUR per month
• Minimum 3 months, possibly 6 months or a year
• For > 3 month contract, I would need a broadband internet connection (adsl, wifi.. whatever)
• Reasonably quiet (It's Spain, I know.. but...if possible)

I'm currently renting in Seville, and although the tenancy runs until end Aug, I would consider moving earlier, otherwise it would be from beginning of September onwards.

It's just for me - I'm an IT contractor - I work flexibly - no kids, no dogs, clean, non smoker, and will take care of the place.

Eye on Spain has many properties which may suit your needs have a look in the rental section if not run an ad in the sur newspaper
It covers the CDS and malaga region
