PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! malaga villa urgently required

Hello everyone,

English family, looking for villa somewhere on the coast line between Malage and Marbella.We would require a minimum of 3bedrooms and would ideally prefer generous outdoor space and a private pool area. Again, preference would be for furnished prop as we do not intend to live in Spain at all and we would be looking to deal with a vendor personally as we do not seem to have much joy with agents who we have found in our experience unwilling to listen to our needs and simply push properties that dont meet our criteria.

We would consider all avenues of purchase but again ideally we would find a property with an existing outstanding mortgage to take off somebody's hands however, we would also consider a long term rental agreement with a view to a sale completion when reaching end of rental term???????

If anybody has a property for sale or is considering any of these other avenues and they think it may be suitable for us please reply to this. We are very seriously looking for that ideal holiday home now.
