Where do we go to get a Padron in Jerez

We want to register at a health centre. We have our nie paperwork but it is from Valencia as we moved down here a few months ago. We are at present renting a property but have agreements etc. Will we have to register for a new nie number in a different province or just take it in to the police station?

The NIE should be good for the whole of Spain but you should also take your passport when going to register on the Padrón.
