We live on the hill but haven't had any invoices.  The entity was dissolved though lots of people still owed for the invoices from before this time.  In our case at Duquesa Village the developer paid because the site was stil largely owned by them during that period.  I had heard there was to be one final invoice upon its dissolution but never received a bill.  Sorry I can't be more help but the situation has always been very unclear.

Really impressed with the food here when we tried it recently.  They also made some plain chicken and steamed rice and veggies for the kids to order which they enjoyed too.  Really hope this place does well as it was a nice change.

In here again having a very late breakfast and watching the heavy rain! Had the cheese potato cake stack with bacon and eggs and it was absolutely gorgeous! Other half had a very good all day English and they do Irish breakfasts and Spanish tostada with tomatoes etc. Kids had molletes with sausages. Very nice. Outside heaters a welcome winter bonus too and hubby likes the sky sports screens... Maureen, they have outside wind screens coming this week but the new extended dining area and bar (in current storage room) are to be completed next year. Tamsin - food is markedly better than Beccys and cheaper as are the drinks. We are very pleased because the kids used to go mad to come even though we had long since tired of Beccys menu!

Sitting in Kelly's now on their wifi after a lovely relaxing evening. We have been coming here to the former Beccy's for about 4 years and we are pleased to find Kelly's offer good home cooked food, tapas and more and serve good breakfasts, lunches and dinners everyday at cheaper prices than previously too. We will be back to this family favourite in the square and glad of its extended opening hours. Good luck to the Kelly family in your new venture.
