Plenty of bars, supermarkets etc around. 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 terraces. Other tenants are two males - Romanian(23) and Mexican/Dutch (34) and a female South African (24). Rent is 400 per month plus bills and deposit is 600.
