I have invested in an Duplex 2bed Penthouse Apartment in Block 5 of Phase 4 at Roda.We where originally told it would be complete in Spring 08 and are now being told it could be late 08/early 09.The contract states that completion will by 18 months from the "moment" License for Construction but they will not confirm when tis date will be,this effectively leaves the completion date completely open.My next deposit is due in 6 weeks time and do not really want to commit this without having a date for the completion agreed.
Is anyone in a similar situation as i would welcome any advice on whether i could contest the contract and get a date included at this stage ??
