Aifos - Bahia del Golf, Almerima

Hi There

I'm trying to find anyone who is in a similar position to me regarding a lost deposit on the Aifos development, Bahia del Golf at Almerimar.  A few years ago, when the property was nearing completion it transpired that Aifos had not obtained the correct license for the apartments to be used as a residential property - it's now designated an aparthotel.  

I've been trying to end the contract ever since but the legal advice that I've received has been poor and while I thought that the contract had been broken (just prior to Aifos' bankruptcy declaration) it now transpires that this was not done and Aifos are now pursuing me to complete on the property!

Is there anyone out there in a similar situation regarding this property, or if not, does anyone know a lawyer who does what they say they're doing and provides the paperwork to support it?
