Hi,

I own a small flat in Mijas Golf, and last year my IBI was €319, an  increase from €285 the previous year. I know this is payable from April, and that they can put a small amount on if you pay later in the year, but does anyone know about any increases in this area this year? A guy told me recently his IBI had shot up from €350 last year to more than €500 this year? Is that possible if you have the same property and the same services as the previous year?

Thanks,

Jane
