Help!
Need anger management tonight!
Don't want to harp on about my hip replacement, but I WAS doing so well............
Until today, help!
I am so angry with myself, and need some TLC.
I thought I was so so clever, the shower was looking rather rancid and today, I thought, ok, I can sort that.
WRONG!
Not on a crutch and only 4 & 1/2 weeks after a hip replacement!
But hey, I am super Ted aren't I???
I did the spraying, waited for the magical 1/2 hr, got the bucket and mop (It's a step in shower), then gaily swished from side to side, sloshing the water, cleaning the tiles etc.,
Wrong moves!
Uh uh, can't do side to side........................
The pain, crikey o Reilly!
Took loads of Codiene and Paracetamol and headed off to my physio appointment at the local, soon to be closed down hospital.
Oops, naughty me, the Physio said, one step forward, one step back.
Seems like I have torn something that was on the mend.
Now? Yes, back to hobbling and taking too may tabs, drat! Thought I was doing so well!
So, if anyone has some TLC out there, can you send it to me please?!
Keep looking at the liquid morphine bottle, it looks quite inviting................not taken that for 4 weeks....................
Help!

Just chilling today, sun is wonderful, off to the garden to watch the fish spawning!
