House Shares

I hope to buy in the Valencia region in the second half of this year, possibly in Oliva, Gandia or Denia.
Does anyone know, if I bought a 3 or 4 bed apartment/house in one of the above named locations and was living in it alone, what the market would be like for letting rooms, a house share situation?

My advice would be to try to find local papers online for the areas you are thinking of buying in.

Have a look in the ads and see if there is anyone asking for house shares.

If there is, all well and good and your idea could work.
