Hi Folks.
New member guss here I visited the site last thursday and the cajasur
guy showed me around and let us into a show flat in block 11 I can tell
you the size of the flat is nowhere near the advertised sizes in any of
litrature in the promotions I did not have a tape measure with me
but the flat looked no more than 65sqm the smallest in the development
is supposed to be 81sqm I recken when the council come to check out
things before granting the licence that is when the real problems will
start they will not let anything go any anymore.
I spoke with them later that evening through my spanish girlfriend
and this seems to be how they do things now.
also they told us that the commercial centre in front of out development
has been paralised he didnt say why they did this

Hi Guss
I think you may have posted somewhere else here, but can't remember where!!
If you can put, preferably in your profile, where you are buying and where you are talking about, it will help in getting responses/interest in your post. It's not clear where exactly you are talking about and Eye on Spain covers, basically, Spain!!!
So, if possible, can you let us know where you are purchasing: development, area, region, etc., and then you'll probably receive more info than you want!!

Hi Guss I believe you are talking about Arenal Duquesa and I did ask you the other day to post on that particular development site. This way you will get responses to your posts. As for the show flat it must have been the one that I visited 3 weeks ago we were then told that the sizes are in fact bigger than the old prefabricated show apartment based on the plan sizes. We shall see.

Hi Guss again.
Sorry folks I assumed the site would display automatically.
yes I am talking about arenal duquesa and the council
people we spoke to are in Manilva town hall the section
which deal with our type of developments they are not in the
town hall building but further down the main street.
