Christmas parking at Malaga airport

I spoke to Corvera yesterday and they confirmed that the building license for phase 3 had not yet been applied for, although they saw no problem with it being granted as once a buiulding license has been granted (as in 1 and 2), it is easier to get approval for more.

we have purchased a penthouse which we were told was in phase 3 but when we visited corvera in april we were told it is now phase 2.we were also told there were 1500 houses of which 500 are still unsold.can someone tell me is this development going to be a red herring.

i am on phase 2 also but have not yet recieved our building license - i do remember , though , that when we purchased our menta apartment it was released later than the tilo and laurels so maybe this is it?

if so , I would not expect completion by May 2009 but in answer to the red herring bit , i believe this investment is going to be great but only for the long term. i think those buying to "flip" would be disappointed by now
