Does anyone have experience of Gonzalo Ross, Ross Legal Services, Murcia? I am going to be changing solicitors and this firm was recommended by a friend. I also believe that Maria de Castro from this site is very good - but she is based in the Cadiz area and hasn't responded to my email.

Don´t know about that lawyer you mention, however I can definitely reccdommend Adriana Perez of AP Legal Services in San Javier, Murcia, she and her team are absolutely superb, English is widely spoken amongst the staff and they are very efficient, they also charge a flat fee instead of a percentage which makes them one of the least expensive around.

I have sent them an email. Does anyone else have any recommendations or experiences. I will, off course, keep the forum informed of my experiences, in case others decide to do the same.

We are using Gonzalo Ross for our purchase on phase 1 and have found him very good and very helpful,  however he will only speak to you/contact you when he has something to tell you, but in our experience all solicitors are like that, so for us this is has not been a problem.

We are using Gonzalo Ross for our purchase of a Phase 4 property on Roda and he has been very good indeed. I would recommend him.
