Our lawyer has just emailed to say it's the 13th March but we can ask to have it put forward! If we complete before the 24th we get a TV.Not much in the way of compensation for such a long wait!

congratulations! what phase/block?

Phase 4 Block 3. The releases are for Blocks 1,2&3 which got their Habitation Licence on December 28th.

Anyone know when they are releasing phase 4 block 5?

Some people on the Duquesa site got a 42 inch t v as compensation. 

Has anyone heard the latest for completion for Phase 4 Block 10.  We are now 10 months behind schedule and I know that some have been waiting a lot longer but it would be good to get some sort of completion so we can arrange mortgages etc. Would love to hear from any buyers in Phase 4 - Block 10.
