Here is the details for obtaining your wristbands this information was taken off the newsletter residents recieve at least once a month you should contact Resortalia to be added to there E-Mailing list .

May we remind you that as it was informed previously, and as it has been implanted in the complex since Summer 2013, as per the instructions of the Committee, it is obligatory the usage of wristbands to use the pools in the complex from 1st June 2015 Please find below the steps to implement the system in 2015:
The wristbands started to be provided by security last Tuesday 26th May and they have been and will be only given to those owners who are updated with their community fees.
Please find below the instructions to follow for the implantation in 2015:
Ø There will be 6 wristbands given per apartment.
Ø These will be given by the security staff in the access cabin to the complex at any time and during the whole week.
Ø Only those owners with all the community fees paid will be able to collect them.
Ø It will be requested to the owners to fill a form before collecting the wristbands. The form will ask you for all your contact details mentioning that you have collected them. This will also be used for updating your details in our records.
Ø Those owners who will send another person on their behalf (key holder, tenant, ..) to collect the 6 wristbands, belonging to their apartments, will have to send an authorization in advanced to Resortalia to tlt@resortalia.com Please find below the details required.

This authorization must be sent at least 48 hours in advance of the collection of the wristbands. If the authorization is sent Friday evening from 17.00 pm this authorization will be not dealt with until the following Monday in the morning.

Ø Security will ask to leave the pool immediately to any owner, tenant, visitor, etc… using the pools without wristbands from 1st June 2015.
Ø Those owners with outstanding payments will not appear on the list so they will not be allowed to use the pools.
Ø This action against debtors also affects the guests or tenants who are staying in apartments in debt and would like to use the pools.
Ø There will not be any kind of exceptions when the wristbands are distributed.
Ø The owner is responsible for the wristbands collected. If they lose them there will not be any further wristbands given.
