Cleaner for apartment

Afternoon all. We came out and sealed the deal on an apartment in block 290. Empty from new but very dusty. I was wondering if anyone knew of a cleaner who can do a blitz on this before we move out stuff in as I would rather spend a whole day building stuff than cleaning :-)

also, looking for a key holder/management company.

we've been using fairways condado for the last few years since buying in phase 2. No complaints, they do exactly what they promise on their website and our first-off clean was great
