Robbery

Just got an e-mail from Resortalia saying there had been a thwarted robbery on site and was wondering if anybody is on site at the moment with an update and which apartments were targeted and if anything was stolen? Thanks Andrew

Hi Andy yes the was a robbery several in fact I urge every one to get the apartments checked asap

as I know of one apartment that was robbed and you would never know it from the outside your key holders need to go in As far as I know the Robbers entered over a very high security fence near phase 2 but the robbery that I know of was a ground floor apartment on phase 1 near to the clubhouse 

The e-mail we received from resortalia said the would be thieves were caught trying to leave the site with two TVs so I don't think it was string of robberies.  It is best to get things checked though.  Our key holders have a number of properties on Terrazas and checked them all and all was well thankfully.

The information I have is that the attempted burglary was in block 268.

The burglars were detected via the perimeter defence system and CCTV and arrested on their way out.

They broke in through a ground floor kitchen window and stole a TV which was recovered during the arrest.

As far as I am aware, no properties on Phase 1, 5 or 12 were affected and no other properties on Phase 2 were affected.

Agree with Zooropey. Well done to the security protection measures and team in detecting and thwarting this attempted burglary. You can only deter, detect and thwart this kind of thing but will never be able to prevent it completely.

Resortalia were also very quick with the email re how to proceed so well done the security team and Resortalia.
