Help a2z query?

Happy Christmas Eve to all 

Only yesterday we had our a2z TV & internet put in.

Today we have had power cut in our apartment all sorted now but lost our channels on TV & the offices at a2z

are shut a long shot but any suggestions welcome (hubby tried to tune in etc without success)

I had not seen your reply to my thread,apologies my inbox was full of Christmas junk mail!

My hubby managed to sort the right frequency eventually, had few more power cuts but thankfully retuned to frequency a bit quicker :-)
