Water Bill

Good morning

I wonder if anyone can offer some help please. We had our water and electric connected early July and have received bills from Iberdrola but nothing from the water company. We have sent them an email but have had no response. We don't have an account number or any other correspondence.

You water bill will turn up eventually,  if you want it sooner then you need to  go to the polaris office ,  they should of given you a welcome pack when you completed,  it contains both your water and electricity contracts and your certificate of habitation

We didn't buy direct from Polaris, it was a bank repo from La Vida Spain. Perhaps the certificates you mention are with our solicitor but they gave us contact details for the water company and didn't mention any certificates.

 I see,  someone  should have both those contracts hopefully yours is with your laywers. 

You can mail the water company, they will give you the information you need to set up an online account, I had  to do the same as I had the same issues when u purchased mine.
