Island Block

Not sure how the b;ock numbers work but have just paid a deposit for an end penthouse appartment adjacent to the uncompleted block.  Do we have a block president and who can we contact besides Resotalia?.  Anyone who can help it would be appreciated.  We have been in Spain since September and although cold at night its great in the sunshine.  thanks

Hi, I think you are in block 163. Your block president is Barbara Goodwin, I will contact her just incase she doesnt look at EOS.

If you dont get a response , please  contact me for queries, I am block 276 and Phase 2 president. Block 276 is the nearest white block to you and I often walk round the island. Hope to meet up sometime.

The web site you need to go on is  Bienvenido  Official  Web  Page  Community  of Owners  Terrazas De La Torre Golf Resort.

You will find a list of presidents for each phase & a president for each block.

The web site will give you up to date information of what is happening on Terrazas.

You will need your block number to contact Resortalia, who will then pass your details on to your president.

It will be up to your President to contact you, Resortalia will not give you there details.

President for block 163 is Mrs Barbara Goodwin.

President for block 164 is Mr Kevin Stephens.

President for block 165 is Mr Michael Rooney.

President for blick 166 is Polaris World Real Estate SL.

I have no contact details for any of these presidents.
