Dear Owner,
Enclosed you will find your information regarding your fees for the Community P12 which your property belongs to corresponding to the 1ST. Semester for 2013.
May we remind you that, according to the statutes, the payment is due within 30 days of the date of this invoice. Failure to make the payment will incur a 20% surcharge plus the accrual of interest equal to the legal interest rate of money increased by two points until the effective payment of the amount owed”.
For those with a Direct Debit already set up we remind you make sure your bank account has enough money on the 18th January 2013 to correspond with the above payments. If the bank returns your payment due to insufficient funds there will be a charge applied for the return.
