Do you mean Rowl;ands who was trying to rent his property on OCC out a couple of years ago?  His last posting on Eye of Spaion was Feb 2011 - perhaps he has re registered under another name?  Or maybe he is trying to sell properties in Greece now!

 I think he still has a website promoting Spanish property.  Last time I looked Oasis had been removed, but that is a long time ago!!  I will look now just for interest.

 The website is gone but he comes up as being on Twitter - still selling houses in Spain.   An example of the danger of vested interest putting itself forward as an objective view.   I personally think he did a lot of damage, and encouraged people to stay in ACC much longer then they should have and to have a much more difficult route to get money back.   I wonder if he got his deposits back?  I think he was a genuine buyer - just not very bright.  Maybe this will 'poke' him (in on line terms) and he might come back and give us an update!!!!!

I agree that he could have made a lot of people stay with both acc and occ for too long.

Some of the less informed people would think that as he was in the business of selling property in Spain he was an ideal person to follow.

Unfortunately that turned out not to the case.

It's good to see some chatter again, it's been a long time coming. Has anybody got any form of update on Tabernas, my Solicitor seems to have disapearred, and obviously being in Engaland I'm completely in the dark. Silly question I know, but is anybody getting any sort of money back from Huma, or any form of contact with them.

drove to OCC and ACC on recent golf  holiday............Oasis is abandoned one block of unfinished bungalows, cant see nothing happening untill the nundreds of thousands of finished homes are sold in spain..............ACC my god !! what a difference to the day we handed over 36.000 deposit /  tears came to my eyes,  its a horror site!!!,  i have now given up hope of this ever being built, all  the homes have been broken in to and had kitchens bathrooms any thing of value stolen of removed by Huma, its a total write off, show houses abandoned and open to the weather......so totally desimated.....  were do we all go from here, any ideas fellow victims.......................jack
