had my first bg refunded june time and 2nd one this week

i had to sue the bank's for interest and won the first case with interest at 6% for 6 year's

the second one is still ongoing but at least got my 2 deposit's back and 6 years interest on the first one

it's been hard struggle but just want to say keep fighting and don't give up there is light at the end of the tunnel , just got to keep fighting for what's your's

after i get the 2nd bg interest i will still keep an eye on spain because the 3000 initial deposit is next on my list and i won't let mr huma get away with a penny if i can

keep fighting and if you need a good lawyer i used migual

i don't think will be getting the 3000 deposit back anytime soon

infact i think we will only get money back after they start selling/developing the site again but that's year's away but it's a great site so one day it will start again

I'm sure many (myself included) will be hoping to get the deposit refunded. Some paid €3000 and some more.

In the early sales days on ACC in 2004 the ''deposit'' as per contract, was actually the first installment of €11,000.

Call it what ever, but it still amounts to a payment made under the terms of the contract that should have been refunded to all.

It should be refunded by this developer without question for non delivery of the property and breach of the contract AND WE HAVE WAITED OVER 6 YEARS.

However, if they (Huma and co) ever want to move forward with ACC they will have to settle what is owed to everyone and this is where I hope they will see good busines sense.Things are moving as below BG's finally getting refunded. Acc I'm sure one day will be developed. What Huma owe me WILL pass to their next customer purchaing ACC M14/P08 if they continue to choose not to refund me ....................

Fingers crossed ............................

I presume that to get your first bg cashed or at least to attempt to get any sort of refund from Huma you will have cancelled the purchase contract with them and in doing so you will have released your rights to that piece of land hearwith and not withstanding any claim on future development......!

hi halegate , this is true i had to cancel to start the process of getting my bg's returned

you have no choice in this matter but i will arrgue that they were in breach of contract , i seem to remember it was between 6 month's and 18 month's not quite sure but it's 6 years and counting they are late

Halegate

Im not entirerly sure if I'm 100% correct (some one please comment) but in Spain debt can be moved to new owners of the land or property. If Huma do not settle their debts with all who were purchasing on ACC then surely their new buyers will be hearing from lots of us. Now that is enough to deture anyone from purchasing there again.(not that anyone is purchasing in Spain)

You may have released rights to purchase the land by cancelling but any debts against it will remain.

So, in my case ACC M08 P14 has an unsettled debt of €11971. Huma have so far never refunded back.

If you read this Mr Huma then get cracking and pay back what is owed NOW or when you or your agent / developer try to re sell on ACC it could be more difficult than you think.
