We like many people have lost a load of money on ACC - but I wonder if we should look to find a distress sale at a really good price. In order to cut the possiblity of any further major losses again and share the costs - I wondered if a group of say 4-8 of us were interested in getting together and purchasing a good value small property so that we only need to put in £15-25k.
We are looking for a holiday home (to be taken at different times of the year) - so we would like to find out if there any others are interested in a joint purchase and we could all meet to sort out sharing arrangements - mutually acceptable to all and legalised.
I am sure with the property market in Spain the way it is - there are desperate people wanting to sell and even though I hate to benefit from others misfortune - I think we have been fleeced enough and join forces to bargain a great deal.
