Calling all Community P12 Owners - Phase 2 Apartments

There is now a website for P12 owners. It can be found here www.rodagolf-p12.com

It contains all the latest news plus the basic info you need including the Bye-laws and minutes to all meetings.

There is also a brand new forum that has been set up just for you.

As this is a private website, to gain access you will have to contact Housing Comunidades using the form on the home page.

So come on - join in and get posting on our private forum.

Many owners on P12 have stated that they have not received past information on meetings or current notification of the proposed EGM in October.

Housing Comunidades still only have a limited number of email contacts for owners, so we would urge you to let Housing, info@housingcomunidades.com know an up to date email address for you.

It will be much cheaper to contact owners by email rather than post.

I know there have been one or two technical teething problems mainly due to the Administrators office not realizing a number of requests to register emails arrived in a junk folder, this has now been rectified.

There seems to be some delay sending the minutes from the recent EGM so a Vice Presidents newsletter/update, which makes interesting reading given recent events, has been posted on the website for your information.
