Can anybody please tell me what the community charge is per month on a villa jana. thanks

I got this from RPM with regard to community charges for Villa Jana's:

They also told me we had to collect our mail / post from the main post office in Alhama de Murcia as there are no mailboxes etc for Villa Jana owners.

When did you get that email from Lali?,  the resort budget was recalculated in May to take account of the Villa's so the community fee should of been set then?  ( Although I have never seen the figures ).

We have been in our villa jana since 6th march 2009 and make monthly visits to the community office to ask about our entity payments and keep being told the villa jana have not been taken into the entity yet, so the amounts are not known they also have told us we do not have post box keys yet despite having a post box labelled up for our villa.  I keep insisting they should know how much they are going to charge us as I am worried they are going to hit us with a huge bill but if they dont tell us we cant pay, if anyone can tell me different I would like to hear it please!!
