Buying with QSD

Hi

My partner & i paid a deposit on a Bungalow with agent QSD last week. we haven'd decided whether to use their solicitor or not yet. Anyone any good / bad experience with buying with QSD and / or their solicitors.

Also

is it possible to do everything, i.e getting NIE number, opening bank accounts and closing the contract with the notary all in one visit. The QSD rep told us it was, but we've heard from other people that it can take a month to get the NIE number

My wife and I purchased a property off plan at Laguna Green through QSD in 2006 and found their service to be exceptional - sales, after sales service and their legal dept.

Based on our experience, would not hesitate to recommend them.
