hi all

me again, looking for some more advice if anyone can offer it......

just got an email from our lawyer and after getting everything else sorted and all going smoothly he know tells us something else!

he says we wont get our habitation certificate from the town hall until all work is completed, if it is completed as they have previously said.

so this could possible be 2009.... so he has left us with a choice of to delay until all work completed and certificate available, continue as normal and hope all goes to plan, or try and get our deposit back.

has anyone came accross this? is this really a problem?

Yes we are in the same position.  Our lawyer has phoned the town hall and been told that all the paper work they have is in order but habitation certificates wont be granted until May 2009.

I cant say that we are 100% happy about it but we have decided to go ahead with completion.

We'll be interested to hear what other people are doing.
