hi, i too have purchased off plot on laguna green, we are going over 12/1/07, so will update on as much as i can.

hello all, we have been over to the site, and phase 4 completion is still 30/12/07.

means we still have a long wait. the service wires and pipes are being laid now.

i understand that the latest phase of semis i think its phase 2 are just about complete, our ambasun rep tod us they are now doing some handovers.

I am John my wifes Yvonne, we have just paid a reservation fee for plot 54 a bungalow but I am not sure which phase, but completion is Dec 07.

We are using a local sales company & dont have an independent lawyer - Are we all happy this site is totally legal etc?  it looked fine when we visited before xmas - I think some people are already living there how is it for you? any problems we should be aware of?

my wife and I also have purchased a property ready Dec 07 this is in phase 4 and is very close to your bungalow, like you I am hoping it all goes to plan,  everything all appears above board as far as one can tell, we are going over mid April to see how things are progressing. Best of luck.

plot 54

Hi everyone

My wife and I have just returned from Laguna Green site Tuesday 6 Feb 07, we have purchased a semi detached facing the builders main sales office, the properties along this road are almost finished, there is a lot of activity, we are looking to complete in 6 weeks or so. We noticed some properties appear to be handed over, and i think people are already living there. The pool structure is in place, and we were told by the developer that work on the golf coarse had commenced, we had a look and ground levelling work appears to have started, workers were there taking levels. The phase which i think is due for completion December 07, (i think these are apartments etc) looks to be progressing, ground works were been worked on in this area.

Could anyone tell me which golf course is being constructed near the Laguna Green development.

I have purchased near the Entre Golf development and was wondering whether this was the same golf course?

Hi sounds like you are on Phase 3?

 Phase 1 was end 2006 / beginning of 2007 . Phase 2 June / Sept 2007 , Phase 3 early 2008 phase4 end of 2008. These are Spanish dates so obviously will move , but I believe phase 1 is well on way now and people are moving in . The communial pool & gardens have been started and are due for completion  early summer 07, in line with phase 2 completions ( we are plot 32 phase 2 and this is what we were told in December when we were last over). We currently own a 2 bed apartment on the nearby Entre Naranjos development , so get updates quite often from existing neighbours, and the latest news is the building work has started again on nearby E N commercial centre , so hopefully there will be somewhere to shop by the time most of phase 1 & 2 are completed summer 2007.

Just wanted to login and say hello.  We  (Dolly & Jeff) are buying No 67 at Laguna Green and can't wait until it's completed in December this year - we hope!

We will be using it, like others, for a holiday home for a couple of years (have to wait for me pension) and then we will be moving out.  Lots of useful info from you all - thanks very much.

Hello ! Terry and Hazel here from South Wales we've just purhased Plot 79 The Fairway, Laguna Green. Hoping to travel to spain shortly to check the progress of the apartment have been told October 2008.

We are now resident on the Fairway and have watched the progress around us since moving over in January 08. The builders are concentrating on the commercials and the pool at the moment and your plot is still at foundation level. Phase 4 is nearly completed and more people are moving in. It doesn`t take long for the properties to take shape when they start on them again. If you want any further information you can send  a private message and I can forward it to you.
