Cuando revise la lista de comunidades que lleva RPM, Me pondré en contacto con Antonio Gil, si lo cree conveniente especificar el.

Si para usted mi palabra no vale nada, no es necesario que sigamos hablando.

Jardines pagará a Antonio GIL.

Las subcontratas las establece Polaris (nivel 1) y son comunes a Jardines y  a narajos.

En la pregunta número dos, con respecto a quién eligió a Antonio Gil, se le olvida decir, que ya había entrevistado, y algunos presidentes antes de que ellos fueron elegidos en la reunión de mayo.

Nosotros no tendría ningún argumento con usted, si usted ha incluido la totalidad del Condado de esta adquisición. Dos de las sociedades de gestión sólo puede significar problemas. Hay que ver cómo se ejecuta Camposol. No quiero Condado a finales de esta manera. Muchas disculpas por mi español. Espero que no hay delito en la traducción

I agree with Bilbao & Ted

So far gardens are dying and something needs to be done. The fact that we get a PW appointed management company was iffy and many on Mar menor & La torre were not happy about it when it happened to them.

We will never agree 100% and yes it is a shame that we are now split as a community. A presedents job is difficult as you will be damed if you do and damned if you don't. They have been elected through the proper channels so they are empowered.

If we pay less and get better service great. Lets give it a go. sofar we got nothing, so what are we to loose?

Brown enveloppes? Gee happens all over the world.. How do you think PW got Planning permission to build your apartments?

Yes communication could be better I agree, but again do the presidents have all our latest details, ie email addresses etc. RPM got mine but sofar I have received NADA.  They are just taking my money.

All I want is a green garden, clean pool, nice looking trees, etc etc. Stop the fighting.. we need action to ensure services are not disrupted.

We also have a house on camposol and I have been reading the same bickering for the last 3-4 years. At one stage I though we gonna have death squads to shoot the guys who are trying to some good..

Lets not have the same here again please..

I have been reading with interest all issues raised on this thread and so far I have remained silent (unusual for me!!!), however I have just returned from Condado and to say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement.  The outer road into the resort is no longer green, they have let the grass die it is now small patches of green, larger patches of brown which could possibly be save but there was dead grass which I suspect could not be saved.  The plants are dying and I really can't understand Polaris allowing this to happen as the outer road is the first impression you get of the site and you know the old saying 'you only get one chance to make a first impression'.  Everytime i drove down the road I was gutted at the sight of the dead grass and plants.

The difficulty they have is that Polaris still own a lot of the properties on Naranjos and Penthouses and as such may be able to out vote the rest of us as I understand it.  I think in the long run we will and should be as one resort all singing off the same hymn sheet so to speak, it just takes time and we really have to support the people doing a great job for us.

I personally don't think that we should be against Polaris and should look to work with them not against them as no one will win that battle and we need to look after our resort.

There are broken lights around the Jardins that have not been repaired or replaced and we really shouldn't have rough concrete paths on what should be a 5 star resort !!!

Once this is sorted out hopefully we can all relax and enjoy our properties without any stress

It is what I have been saying all along. The more people who actually look at things with their own eyes and ask themselves 'just what are RPM doing with our communty fees' the better. Unfortunately some choose to remain blinkered and hope things will get better eventually if you please give us a chance, when if fact they are rapidly getting worse. You can't see these things from 3 and a half thousand miles away.

You continue to miss one of the major points.

Some have wanted rid of RPM from day one and have not given them any chance. They have decided on a replacement without following anything like a structured process of going out to tender and comparing bids. They have wanted Antonio Gil from the start. Those of us you have insulted as blinkered simply want a fair and democratic process to be followed.

I give up as it is no good trying to talk sense to some people. Whoever is the administrator for whatever part of Condado I wish them luck as I want the resort to be a success - however they've got in on the act.

Kev looking at the posting from the president of garden 5 it appears that Antonio Gill was selected from a shortlist of 4 different companies.(at least that is what I think it says as the translation isnt too clear)

I am glad to see this tread is turning positive, earlier everybody was mourning the loss of RPM, now it appears that people are warming to the fact we have a new "Experienced" company in charge.

I look forward to the improvments that will no doubt follow shortly and I am sure that other areas of Condado will follow us Jardines residents in moving away from the dredful RPM, as soons as Polaris lose their casting vote!

I don't know anything about things ' turning positive'. Shock and awe are the two emotions that hit me like a desert storm and this was followed by a stomach churing thought as to what have I bought into.

Sure I agree that  IF this company is better at administration and IF the community isn't embroiled in legal proceedings and IF Polaris doesn't take the 'hump' and IF we don't end up with a divided community and IF communications with owners improve and IF we have a get-out clause(annual, bi annual renewal of the administrators licence) and IF future meetings are conducted in a manor to which all owners can fully understand and therefore participate in and IF....

I know this, when it comes to vote for my president  I will have a better understanding of the 'power of attorney' I will be handing over and will give careful consideration as to who I vote for. The very fact that the elected members took it apon themselves to act without informing anyone leaves me speechless. A note on EOS or a general comment as to their plans/intentions would have been sufficient to stimulate debate and gauge opinion.

Its not that they may or may not have acted in our best interets, its not that they may have played a blinder that will make Condado the greatest resort in the whole of Spain, its the arrogance that as elected presidents they assumed they could hold a junta among themselves and decide do as they liked without any recourse to those who elected them.

From bilbos' comments he seems happy with this outcome as his posts are obviously in favour of this coup de grace but to all the others please do not sit on the fence bide your time and if this 'committee' make a b@lls then make your vote count. Like bilbo says RPM had 6 months or so and made a hash of it, I'm sure he won't mind if we apply the same criteria to MrAntonio Gill et al, let us use our eyes and come Feb 2010 if things haven't improved lets hold an extraordinary meeting and get a representative, more responsive group to reflect the interest of all the owners.

I dislike the reference to backhanders/ brown envelopes. I have no doubt the presidents have genuinely acted in what they think is for the best but we need to know their thinking, we need to be convinced and be brought onboard to go foward in unity and with strength.

Nice post Raff. Understand a lot of the frustrations. If you read my posts from the start, a unified resort is exactly what I would desire. Unfortunately this has been made very difficult to achieve due to PW Alhama golf resort having the balance of power for everything other than the Jardines. Not really much more I can say on the matter (thank god for that say's evryone !).

Heres hoping for a satifactory outcome. All things do smooth out in the end.

Raff,

I can understand what you are saying but in reply to the part taken from your communication.

If the president of our golf club overstepped the mark he would be told so in no uncertain terms and asked to moderate his behaviour.

We have not bought on a golf course in the uk

We have bought one in Spain & if we like it or not , the Spanish law etc is so much different from our own & until we can all get our heads around that , I doubt if there will ever be a point when every one will be happy.

Please note the administration agenda for the month of September.
 
There will be a meeting on August 31st next between the security company and the Presidents of Level II to establish the security protocol that the owners prefer. The conclusions of this meeting will be sent via email.
 
Dogs, in some cases, continue to be a problem at the resort as there are owners that let their dogs run freely through the green areas. We have received many complaints about it, so that, at the request of some of you, we will request budgets for signs indicating to keep dogs away from the green areas.
 
We thought that one way to improve communication between owners and residents, complicated in some cases for reasons of language, would be by placing a notice board in every garden. What do you think? Where do you think would be a good place to put the board?
 
Regarding replanting trees, this will start from September 10th, starting from the area inside of the vial.
 
After changing the irrigation pump and, therefore, solving the problem of pressure in the area of the gardens, Pedro, who works as an inspector will come one night per week to check if the watering schedule and the sprinklers are working properly. That way, he can also check the lights.
 
In the pools areas, especially in some gardens, there are no shady areas so we think would be a good idea to buy some bases to put the umbrellas in them, so the lawn is not used and therefore not damaged.
 
The rules of coexistence will be distributed to each mailbox.
 
Naranjos area has a mail service from today and we have started giving the mailboxes keys.
