does anyone know when building work will commence on phase R4?

R4 / R10 & R15 are well underway and today is the day they expect an explosion of workforce to really kick into building. Most of the foundations have been dug out in these areas and concrete has been laid (see previous posting). An area at the bottom of the development has been cordoned off to receive and secure the building materials and more cranes etc are arriving as we left to cover all the development areas under construction, not just the current 2 visible. Approx 8 cement trucks are doind a constant run of concrete tipping now and loats of earth moving and levelling machinery on site and active as well.

SJG are anticipating a good run of weather etc and are working late into the evening to make sure as close can be that all properties are released on time as suggested. At present, worst case scenario they expect a delay of only a matter of weeks on phase 1 but are looking to make up that time.

we have purchased on R10 but were told our property would not be ready until May 2008, seems like a long build. does anyone else have dates for R10

SJ are starting all the 3 areas at once as they don't want us to be living on a building site so if you were given May 2008 that will probably be around the date of completion

I would imagine all the footings will go in first and as my completion date is March 2007 at the bottom end of R4 they will build up as dates come close

I might add I don't expect completion until the back end of June i.e the 3 months leeway in the contract

Hi Dave

We are no 694, plot R-10, and have been given a completion date of January 2008.  By the way, does anybody know how the zones on the original site plan relate to the plot numbers?

John and I don't plan to move permanently to Santa Ana until after he retires in 2009, though we will be coming over for holidays as much as possible.  Can't wait!
