I have had enough of the whole thing and would desperately love to get my deposit back but I cannot see that happening - would never attempt to try and buy a property in Spain again

I thought this was supposed to be a friendly forum for people that are all in the same position - but obviously it isn't

All I want now is my deposit back which probably isn't going to happen - but life goes on - I wish you all well and hope you get what you want
