Hi Chris, no I'm just another buyer like you.  What in particular are you concerned about?  If it provision of facilities etc, there are some blogs on here from Maria, Costaluz Lawyers.  Look down the right hand side of the screen 'Latest blog posts'.  All her advice comes under the heading of 'Legal tip'.  Good luck.
